Transform your garden harvests into healthy & tasty meals for your family

The best part of growing your own food is going out to your garden and harvesting the ingredients for your dinner. But, if having a lot of fresh vegetables is a new experience for you, it can be hard to find recipes that highlight the vibrant flavors of the garden.

Or, maybe you’ve been cooking from your garden for years, but you’re stuck in a recipe rut and you need some new ideas for simple and flavorful recipes.

Cooking straight from your garden is a skill that takes some practice. But, with the right recipes you can put healthy and tasty meals on your dinner table every night of the week. The hard part? Wading through the thousands (millions!?) of recipes and food blogs on the internet to find the best recipes.

I’ve spent the last 10 years testing hundreds of recipes from every season and have compiled the best ones into these seasonal recipe guides. They’ll provide you with an arsenal of easy and delicious recipes to help you eat more healthy, incorporate more vegetables into your diet, and have more fun in the kitchen!

Each Seasonal Recipe Guide features:

    • a list of Pantry Essentials for that season
    • favorite fresh and flavorful vegetarian recipes for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks and Desserts featuring the vegetables coming straight from your garden or local market during that time of year
    • tips and advice from a Chinese medical practitioner on how to care for your body and mind during each season of the year

Each Recipe Guide includes:

  • a 10 page electronic PDF book (eBook) with color photos
  • live links to all recipes on the internet so you can see exactly how to cook each one
  • a simple layout that’s great for reading on your computer or printing out

Tell me more about the recipes!

Most of the recipes featured are from my favorite food bloggers, with a few that are my original creations. Each guide has a direct link to the recipe that will take you right there when you click on it. A bonus to these guides is that you’ll be introduced to many new bloggers and sources for new recipes!

What kind of recipes are in the guides?

We primarily eat vegetarian at our house, so 90% of the recipes don’t feature any meat. We do eat dairy products so there’s plenty of those in the recipes. If you’ve been wanting to eat less meat this will be a great way to find new meat-free recipes.
